My article entitled, "The Rights and Responsibilities of Ag-biotech Patent Owners" has been accepted for publication. It is forthcoming soon in volume 40:1 of the U.B.C. Law Review.
We'll see whether the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal restores the
apparent imbalance between patent rights and ownership obligations in
this sector when it hears the appeal of the Hoffman case next month.
