UW Seminar

I am speaking today at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle.

The directors of the IP Law and Policy Graduate Program have invited me to be part of their Intellectual Property Innovations in Science and Technology Seminar series. Today's seminar will engage in an analysis of the rights and responsibilities of biotech firms, comparing and contrasting the legal situation in Canada and the United States.
