Today I delivered a lecture explaining and analyzing the recent controversy over Sony BMG's use of digital rights management systems on millions of music CDs. The event was jointly hosted by MESSLaw, the University of Ottawa's music, entertainment and sports law students society, and the Law & Technology Program.
