I just returned from London, England after speaking at a conference on " Patenting Lives". The organizers of this event put together two very interesting and enlightenting days full of speakers from around the world. Topics discussed touched on many aspects of patent law and policy. My presentation built upon my recent research by looking at the global implications of Canadian developments concerning imbalances between the rights and responsibilities of GMO patent owners.
